Bioquantumhealing Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your Bioquantumhealing purchase for any reason, we're here to help.
You may return it to us within 10 days of receiving it for a full refund of the product price. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item.
Returns conditions
- To be eligible for a return, the item you are returning must be unused, unwashed, unworn & generally in the same condition that you received it, with all the tags and labels attached.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable if the goods are not faulty.
When we issue a refund, the cost of the shipping of your order will be deducted from your refund. - Returns are usually processed within 48 hours of being received.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
